Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at equos. We are committed to providing you with high-quality Pilates equipment, clothing, and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Contact our customer support team through our contact page link to request a return authorization.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
